Eating well is always a plus every day but there are times when we do not eat as we should no matter what time of day it is. The summer time is physically draining to your body because the heat dehydrates your tissues which affect your skin and other area's within your body, so there are fruits and veggies you can eat to help hydrate your mind  and body and also make sure your h20 intake is at least 8 full glasses.

Just to name a few. Eat plenty of fish and salads, lettuce is made primarily of water which is as we know good for you. Summer time is not the time to eat heavy because you can get heart burn eating heavy items such as beef or chili's at certain temperatures and therefore try and eat light that is the key for a heated summer.

Buy plenty of fruits, veggies, bottled water and of course exercise is always helpful.
