No More Stress!! I wanted to talk about one of my experience's that I have had working as a loan manager for Smart Choice Title Loans. Today I had a gentlemen call me and wanted to know how the car title loan thing works. I explained to him that he had called the right place b/c we can not only help him but we can tell him everything over the phone so you can get everything right with how much you need before you come in. Client said that he was really weird about doing this but it was something that he had to do. Client said that he let his self get behind in his mortgage and he has to have the payments made by 5:00 today. I got the gentleman's information about his car and we could loan him up to $6500.00 on his title. Client seemed so less stressed when I told him that. He said that he would only need $3000.00 and that would take care of all his problems. Client said that he would be in later to see me. I was sitting at my desk when a gentlemen walked in. He asked me if I was Tracie. I told him yes and how could I help him. Client told me who he was and that he was going to get the $3000.00. After I was finished with the loan the client told me that he thought that I was a really nice person and that the person that owns a business like this really understands that people need help sometimes and the 30 day interest program* really helps. Client said that he was refinancing his house and he had to have the payments made before he could do it and with our help, he is able to do that. I'm so glad that I can help people in there time of needs. It really puts a smile on my face to now that I have help relieve some stress off on someone's shoulders.
