It's a dogs world! Even with the country in a huge recession, with the unemployment population growing, people are finding a way to make sure that even their pets know its Christmas. In a survey taken nationwide 93% of Americans said they would be spending the same or less than they spent last year. While most of the population has decided to reign in some of the spending or less shopping than last year, pet owners have decided to spend more. 52% of pet owners have decided that this year their cherished companions will be getting a gift while only 43% decided to do it last year.
