Hey there everyone just wanted to let you know what is going on in Saluda, SC on March 28th, 2009. If you love barbecue and love to walk then I have just the place for you. Saluda Shoals Park is having a barbecue also called Pickin' and Piggin'. It is a barbecue cook off, you will have your choice of several different styles of barbecue. As you eat and enjoy the nice outdoors, you can sit back and listen to Bluegrass music that will be playing in the park.
The event runs from 11am to 3pm. The barbecue will be ready to serve between 11am and 1pm. After you eat all that different styles of barbecue then you can walk it off in the park. So come and bring your appetite and your walking shoes. Celebrate the beginning of Spring at Saluda Shoals Park.
Ticket prices:
$10.00 per person in advance
$12.00 per person on the day
$5.00 for children 12 and younger
So lets get ready to go bring the Spring season in!!
